Ingredients
- 16 date, pitted
- 100 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 80 g goat cheese, crumbled
- 80 g bacon, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- black pepper to taste
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch chilli flakes

Method

Preheat the oven — Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with foil or parchment.

Stuff the dates — Make a small slit in each pitted date and stuff with a piece of goat cheese and a chopped walnut.

Wrap the dates in bacon — Wrap each stuffed date tightly with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
