Brazilian Guaraná & Lime Cooler

A refreshing, ruby-hued sparkling cooler built on sweet guaraná syrup, fresh lime, and mint — inspired by Brazil's beloved guaraná soda, made from scratch in minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 l coconut water, chilled
- 1¼ dl guarana syrup
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 lime, sliced into wheels
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 8 ice cube
- 4 fresh mint, sprig for garnish
Method

Mix the guarana syrup — In a small pitcher, stir the guarana syrup with the lime juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Fill glasses with ice — Fill four tall glasses with the ice cubes.
- 3.
Divide the syrup mixture — Divide the guarana syrup mixture evenly among the glasses.
- 4.
Top with sparkling water — Top each glass with chilled sparkling water and stir gently.

Garnish and serve — Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint, then serve immediately.
