  • white sugar300 g
  • cocoa powder80 g
  • baking powder2 tsp
  • baking soda1 tsp
  • salt1 pinch

Heat the oven to 175°C/350°F and line two round tins. Whisk the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
