Dark Chocolate Truffles
Melt the chocolate in cream
- dark chocolate300 g
- heavy cream2 dl
Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl. Heat the cream until it just begins to steam, then pour it over the chocolate and leave for 2 minutes.
