Make the beer tomato sauce
- olive oil4 tbsp
- onion1
- garlic2
- beer3¼ dl
- canned tomatoes3 dl
- tomato paste2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic and chili until soft. Add the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and beer. Simmer for 15 minutes until slightly thickened, then blend until smooth.
