Garlic Herb Flatbread

Quick yeast-free flatbreads cooked in a hot pan and brushed with garlicky herb oil. Charred, soft and ready in half an hour.

Ingredients
- 300 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Method

Knead the dough — Mix the flour, baking powder and salt with the yogurt and 1 tbsp of the olive oil to a soft dough. Knead briefly until smooth.

Make the garlic herb oil — Rest the dough for 15 minutes. Meanwhile crush the garlic and stir it with the parsley into the remaining olive oil.

Cook the flatbreads — Divide into 4 and roll each out thinly. Cook in a hot dry pan for about 2 minutes per side until charred in spots and puffed.

Brush with garlic oil — Brush the hot flatbreads generously with the garlic herb oil and serve at once.
