Grilled Tuna Steak Provençale
Marinate the tuna
- tuna steak4

- garlic2
- fresh thyme1 tbsp
- fresh rosemary1 tbsp
- lemon1
In a shallow dish, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and lemon zest. Add the tuna steaks and turn to coat. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
