Korean Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps

Caramelized gochujang-glazed pork belly wrapped in crisp lettuce with scallion and sesame. Bold, smoky, and carb-free.

Ingredients
- 600 g pork belly slices
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 lettuce, leaves separated
- 3 spring onion, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

Method
