Boil the water — Bring the water to a rolling boil in a kettle or pot, about 5 minutes.

Rinse the tea leaves — Place the green tea leaves in a traditional teapot, pour in the 200 ml of water for rinsing (freshly boiled), swirl briefly and drain it away to rinse the leaves and remove bitterness, about 2 minutes.

Steep with mint and sugar — Add the bunch of fresh mint, the sugar and a pinch of saffron to the teapot, pour in the remaining 1 liter of boiling water, and let it steep over gentle heat for 5 minutes without boiling.

Adjust and blend the tea — Stir in the orange blossom water. Pour a glass of tea and taste, adjusting the sugar if needed, then pour it back into the pot to blend the flavors.
