    Form the tapioca dough — Pour the hot mixture over the tapioca flour in a bowl and stir until it forms a sticky, stringy dough.

    Knead in eggs and cheese — Let the dough cool slightly, then knead in the eggs, parmesan, cheddar, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
