    • lemon juice1 tbsp
    • fresh ginger1 tbsp
    • garlic3
    • garam masala1 tsp
    • ground turmeric1 tsp
    • chilli powder1 tsp
    • salt1 tsp

    Make the marinadeย โ€” In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder and salt to make a thick marinade.

    Marinate the paneer and vegย โ€” Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers and red onion to the marinade and toss gently to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Thread the skewersย โ€” Thread the marinated paneer, peppers and onion alternately onto skewers. Brush the grill grates with the remaining oil.

    Grill until lightly charredย โ€” Grill the skewers over medium-high heat, turning every few minutes, for 10-12 minutes until the paneer and vegetables are lightly charred at the edges.

    Finish and serve hotย โ€” Squeeze a little extra lemon juice over the skewers and serve hot, straight off the grill.
